From soldering circuit boards in a technical school to hand-architecting 6+ product brands in 6 years. A personal, hands-on account of building Migobuck Tech from Bangalore to global enterprise markets, driven by code, product designing, filmmaking, and unforgiving real-world customer realities.
How eighteen years of craft, failure, and code built an enterprise ecosystem.
“In my schooling, I had a hobby of making electronics projects in a technical school. That simple curiosity shaped how I view problems forever: understand the real human bottleneck, engineer the circuit, and make something that people actually pay for.”
1. The Maker's Foundation (2004 – 2011)
Very early in polytechnic, my hobby evolved into my passion. I started programming microcontrollers, soldering circuits, and directly engaging with customers. It didn't take long to realize that even if you build a technically brilliant product, it means nothing unless you understand marketing, sales, and customer economics. Before even completing college, I was already earning, selling commercial computer hardware and billing software.
In April 2010, I co-founded Prompt IT Solution in my native city with a friend. We handled commercial hardware and customer systems. That was my first formal enterprise school: learning that customer requirements are never what they say on paper—they are what keeps the business running at 8 AM on a Monday morning.
Technology means nothing if you cannot take it to market. Between 2012 and 2019, I immersed myself in sales, marketing, and client operations across diverse industries. Serving as a Business Development Manager and Lead Business Analyst at Saptha Associates, I managed cross-functional teams, client acquisition, and complex web-based enterprise architectures. Later at Apollo Munich Health Insurance, I worked on the frontlines of enterprise healthcare sales, establishing hospital network partnerships to power their digital expansion, before moving into independent freelance consulting and international Agile Product Management.
In July 2015, I partnered with Saptha to co-found Net Asia, managing business process and data operations for major publishing enterprises. Directing those operations for 18 months was an invaluable masterclass in enterprise cash cycles, delivery workflows, and cross-functional team productivity. That venture solidified the core principle that defines Migobucks Tech today: enduring technology companies cannot rely on dependent service models—they require sovereign, independent software products built on predictable unit economics and operational discipline.
3. The Cinematic Eye: Sevenhop Media & Product Design (2016 – Present)
In January 2016, I founded Sevenhop Media & Productions, renting cine cameras and optical equipment across Bangalore, Chennai, and Kochi. That journey was where I immersed myself in foundational creative disciplines: cinematography, visual storytelling, creative writing, and optics. It taught me how human attention is directed, how visual hierarchy guides focus, and how emotional pacing keeps an audience engaged.
Over time, that creative foundation expanded into hands-on mastery of production and design tools—Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and JSX design scripting. These practical skills proved pivotal when founding Migobucks: during the early days, I personally designed all initial application screens, user journeys, and wireframes myself, carrying the design torch until I found a talented UI/UX designer to closely collaborate with. Software is storytelling: if your interface lacks rhythm and emotional clarity, users will reject it.
The Turning Point • 2019 – 2021
Why One Loyalty App Became a 6-Brand Ecosystem
“In 2019, we registered the company with a plan to build Migobucks. But by 2021, we recognized the deeper reality: small businesses cannot run customer loyalty when their core workforce is unverified, operations are unmanaged, and site ledgers are broken. We decided to hold the loyalty app and strategically pivoted to solve the fundamental workforce and operational pain points first.”
4. The Multi-Brand Architecture: 6 Products in 6 Years
That fundamental insight sparked our disciplined multi-year engineering sprint. Instead of forcing loyalty onto broken foundations, we put Migobucks on strategic hold in 2021 and set out to build the prerequisite enterprise operational stack from the ground up.
We began by tackling the workforce crisis with Sokoskills (2021), engineered to solve blue-collar identity verification, biometric task workflows, and operational staffing. Once workforce management was secured, we expanded horizontally into enterprise logistics and operational automation—building Woopgo (2023) for on-demand mobility, vehicle routing, and fleet logistics, followed by Zemwa (2024) to automate business operations, field staff tracking, and internal process workflows.
With core business operations anchored across thousands of commercial users, we broadened our horizon. In 2025, we launched Woqme for high-scale consumer discovery, merchant commerce, and hyper-local marketplace engagement. In 2026, we completed the enterprise infrastructure by building Quifl—purpose-built for heavy construction, site material tracking, and multi-crore real estate lifecycles—alongside Heumiq (2026), our AI-powered enterprise ERP unifying double-entry bookkeeping, point of sale, CRM, and autonomous business workflows.
5. Why I Still Write Code and Review Containers
Orchestrating six interlocking enterprise and consumer platforms is only possible when you maintain deep technical sovereignty. When systems must share unified schemas, auth protocols, and cross-brand event streams, a founder cannot delegate architectural understanding to an ivory tower. That is why I still write code daily in React, Next.js, Laravel, Node.js, Python, Flutter, and Electron—and personally configure our Docker containers, supervise Kubernetes orchestration, and oversee atomic deployments.
In an era where AI is democratizing software creation, the role of a founder is not passive management—it is architectural clarity. When a founder writes code and knows the database schema, the company makes zero excuses, eliminates technical debt, and moves ten times faster.
